They both are not so expensive and really useful, worth to collect. OK NOW LET'S START ヽ(✿゚▽゚)ノ!
Matcha Panda Cookies:
Difficulty: medium
Time: 60 min
with this recipe you can make around 30 cookies
Ingredients:
* 2 tsp matcha powder
* 1g salt
* 100g butter (room temperature)
* 155g cake flour (all purpose flour is no problem too)
* 50g icing sugar
* 1 beaten egg (room temperature)
Directions:
1, put butter in a bowl, use your handmixer to mix it, till the butter has become white and fluffy.
2, put icing sugar and beaten egg, go on mixing, till it looks like in the photo.
3, take another bowl, put around 50g butter mixture into the bowl.
4, in the bowl with the 50g butter mixture, put 51g flour, put the rest of the flour and Matcha powder in another bowl.
5, use your silicone spatula to mix the flour and butter mixture well, when they have become small balls, use your hand knead it till it becomes a nice dough.
6, use plastic wrap to wrap your dough, put them into the fridge for 1 hour.
7, after taking your matcha dough out of the fridge, put some plastic wrap on both sides of the dough, use a rolling pin to roll it till it's around 0.5 cm thick.
8, use your cookie cutter to cut the dough.
9, put them on baking paper.
10, do the same to the butter dough.
11, Put them together on baking paper.
12, Bake for 10-12 minutes in preheated oven at 170 degrees.
